The platform facilitates fee collection, payouts, and settlements through third-party payment providers. Transactions are subject to those providers' terms, and applicable fees may apply.

You are responsible for providing valid banking details and for reconciling settlements against your records.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mera Africa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for legal and security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
